Glasses for Kids – Mid Term Reminder – Consent Forms

Families of Prep to Year 3 students are reminded that our Glasses for Kids visit is scheduled for Term 4.

If you have not already done so, please complete and return your child’s consent form by Monday, 14th September 2026.

You can complete the consent form online or return the paper copy that was sent home.
