Thornhill Park Primary School would like to maximise learning opportunities for all students, so we encourage all students to be at school and on time each day.
Our school day has a soft start at 8.40am and classes begin at 8.50am. Any students who arrive after the 8.50am bell will be required to sign in at the office.
At times, students are ill and require time away from school. We encourage you to keep students home if they are ill and we would like you to inform us through the Compass platform or via a phone call to the school in the case of an absence.
Extended family holidays can impact student learning significantly, so we would ask that you minimise these breaks during school times and limit them to school holiday periods where possible. Anyone who would like to take an extended holiday will need to discuss this with the Principal.
